Trace is an AI visibility monitoring platform that tracks how your brand appears across AI-powered search engines, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and others. The platform provides visibility scores, competitive benchmarking, and actionable recommendations to improve your brand's presence in AI-generated results.

Trace operates on a monthly subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Trace offers a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the 7-day period, your trial will automatically expire. You may choose to subscribe to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial.

Trace and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Trace and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to or generate through the platform. By using the service, you grant Trace a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
The Trace platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service. Trace does not guarantee specific results from using the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trace's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that could harm other users or the service. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting our support team.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
