Credits are the unit we use to meter how much tracking you run across your client portfolio. Each query — a prompt + model + region, run once — consumes one credit. Credits give agencies maximum flexibility: scale prompt volume up for one client while keeping another lean, without rebuilding projects.
How are credits calculated?
One credit = one prompt, on one model, in one region, for one run. A prompt tracked daily across 3 models consumes 3 credits/day (~90/month). The Growth plan's 25,000 credits covers roughly 277 prompts tracked daily, which you can split across clients however you like.
Can I split credits across multiple clients or projects?
Yes — credits pool at the workspace level and flow freely across all your active projects. Heavy client this month, quiet one next month? Credits rebalance automatically. No per-project caps on self-serve plans.
Do credits reset monthly?
Yes. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits don't roll over on self-serve plans. Comprehensive plans include unlimited credits — no resets, no caps.
Is there a minimum per project?
No. You decide how many prompts each client needs. Some agencies track 5 prompts per boutique client and 100+ per enterprise retainer — all in the same workspace.
What happens if I run out of credits?
We'll alert you at 75% and 90% usage. If you hit your cap, tracking pauses for the rest of the cycle — but no client work is deleted. You can upgrade instantly or buy a credit top-up; tracking resumes within minutes.
Can I change which AI models I track per project?
Yes. Every project picks its own model mix independently — track ChatGPT + Perplexity for one client and Gemini + AI Overviews for another. Change the mix at any time; historical data is preserved.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves 20% on every self-serve agency plan. Toggle "Annual" above to see updated prices. Comprehensive plans are quoted custom with annual terms.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — additional credits land instantly. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, so nothing breaks mid-month. All historical data is retained across plan changes.
